Warranty Information


Warranty
Proof of purchase must be presented for any warranty claim. Components are sold with Merit Lilin 12 months Component Warranty, unless otherwise stated. Warranty claims must be made in accordance with Return Authority. After this period, faults covered under any additional/extended warranty period offered by manufacturers must be taken up with the manufacturers. The wholesale customer is responsible for all customer support, fault diagnosis and return of faulty components to Merit Lilin for repair/replacement. Warranty claims must be made in accordance with Return Authority conditions described below. Components found to be dead on arrival (DOA) must be returned to Merit Lilin in original packaging within 7 days of invoice. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all goods within this period. Returns accepted by Merit Lilin without fault must be returned to Merit Lilin in original packaging and in mint condition within 7 days of invoice. A re-stocking fee of 10% purchase price or $10.00, whichever is greater, will apply.
